Epic Guacamole!

Since I’ve had to be super careful and stay away from gluten and dairy, I’ve really missed dips. But our taste bud extraordinaire daughter came up with her own version that truly ticks ALL the yummy boxes.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Hass Avocados

2 Jalapenos

1 medium Tomato

Lime juice to taste

2 tsp Salt (or to taste which is what I do).

Plenty of tasty biscuits or chips

METHOD:

Generally I halve this recipe but it’s a perfect size for a party.

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.

2. Chop up the jalapenos very finely. Chop up the tomato not quite so finely.

3. Mix the jalapenos and tomato into the avocado, add lime juice and the salt to taste.

4. Load your choice of chippies or biscuits and eat to your hearts content.
